We just had another snow storm - a total of 5 or 6 inches of the fluffy white stuff, this time around.  Luckily, there was nowhere I *had* to be, so I spent the day playing with my daughter and scrapping during her naps.

My sister is super-excited about planning my daughter's first birthday party.  At first I thought it was too far away to get psyched about it, but I'm having fun looking at all things Princess.  I even scrapped her party invitations already, and a little save the date card to match.  They turned out better than I had planned!  One detail down, several more to go!!

But that wasn't it.  I also created a layout using "Every Day" by Delicious Scraps which will be available on Friday.  It's such a beautiful kit, lots of pretty colors and patterns, and plenty of cute little embellishments.  I had a great time layering everything, trying to create something different than my usual.  I plan to print all my digital layouts and place them in a 6x6 album, which is why the photo sometimes seems to take up the page - I want to be sure it will stand out when it's printed!

This is one of my favorite pictures.  I just love how the camera caught her laughter, even though she wasn't looking directly at it.  She is such a happy baby, I am so lucky! 

Hopefully, I will get some more scrapping done tomorrow.  I'd love to play with the other elements in the kit that I wasn't able to use on this page!  Stay tuned...
